Meet the Team
John Dimas is a Texas native through and through, and he brings that same straightforward, customer-first spirit to his role at Style Crest. With a passion for helping people and a drive to make an impact, John has quickly become an important part of the team’s growth in the Lone Star State.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas — and Texas has always been home. Growing up here gives me a real connection to the people and communities I get to work with every day, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry?
I’m two years in, so I’m still relatively new to the industry. But I’ve hit the ground running and I’m learning something new every day. The foundation is there — now it’s about continuing to build on it.
What’s the best part of your job?
Getting to meet, interact, and actually help customers. There’s something genuinely rewarding about connecting with someone, understanding what they need, and being able to deliver on that. That’s what keeps me motivated.
What is the most important part of your role at Style Crest?
I see myself as a key part of helping Style Crest grow here in Texas, and I take that seriously. I have a strong passion for success and I’m motivated by challenges — the bigger the problem, the more engaged I get.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I love to fish and hunt — there’s nothing quite like getting outdoors and unplugging. My wife and I also love to travel together and get away on all-inclusive vacations when we can. It’s a great way to reset and come back ready to go.
