Jessica Wright has spent her entire career in the manufactured housing and HVAC world right here in Michigan, and it shows. As someone who has built relationships across the industry for more than two decades, she brings a people-first approach to everything she does. Get to know the person behind the position — and you’ll quickly understand why the team around her thrives.

Where are you from?

I was born and raised right here in Michigan — a true Michigander through and through. I’ve always called the Great Lakes State home, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry?

I got my start in the industry in 2002, so I’m coming up on 24 years now. All of those years have been right here in Michigan — between Capitol Supply and Service, Style Crest, and serving on the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association board. It’s been a career built on deep roots and a genuine love for this industry.

What’s the best part of your job?

Without question, it’s the people. Whether I’m visiting different locations, sharing lunch with coworkers, or just catching up around the water cooler, the connections I’ve made across this team are what I appreciate most. They’re what make coming to work every day worthwhile.

What is the most important part of your role at Style Crest?

I think the most important thing I can do is build a positive culture and make sure our team feels supported — because when people feel valued, they perform at their best. That’s what I’m here for. If we get the culture right, everything else follows.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

My family, without a doubt. I’m truly blessed with a big, close-knit family that stays connected, and the time I get to spend with them means everything to me. Those relationships are what recharge me.
