Jamie Bruff helps keep our service operations running smoothly with a steady hand, a detail-driven approach, and an enthusiasm for learning something new every day. As Install Services Coordinator, she supports branches in Michigan and Indiana by coordinating service work, managing warranty processes across our service areas, and assisting with annual inventory.
Where are you from? What made you want to come to Texas?
I'm from a small town in Michigan called New Lothrop. I'm not in Texas, but I would love to live there in the winter.
How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry?
I have been in this business for four years.
What’s the best part of your job/what do you like most about your job?
The best part is that it’s different every day (of course within the HVAC world), which keeps you on your toes. I like learning new things and getting to be part of a company that’s growing.
What is the most important part of your job/what you do at Style Crest?
I do a few different things. My main job is coordinating the service end of Style Crest Indianapolis. I also take care of the warranty for all of our service areas, and I help with inventory when that comes around each year.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I’m very passionate about my family—we do most everything together, and our favorite is camping. We camp as much as we can in the spring and summer months. I also love trivia (my husband and I go most Friday nights and play), and I’m a big movie buff.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I have two beautiful daughters and an amazing husband of 20 years. I also have two Shih Tzus that are also like kids to me—Prince and Tank.
