Where are you from? If not from Indianapolis, what made you want to come to Indianapolis? If you're from here, why did you stay?
I was born in Martinsville, Indiana, a small town about 20 miles south of Indianapolis. I moved to Indianapolis in my early twenties for a job opportunity and have lived here for most of my adult life. Over the years, both my family ties and the area’s affordable cost of living have made Indianapolis a great place to call home.

How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry? If not long, what were you doing before and how does that experience help you with your current role?
I have been in the manufactured home industry for about seven months, but I bring several years of experience from construction-based retail and restaurant management. My time in the restaurant industry, in particular, helped me develop strong leadership skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, teaching me how to keep teams motivated, focused, and working together toward a common goal.

What’s the best part of your job/what do you like most about your job?
The best part of my job is working with the team here in Indianapolis. We have built a positive, collaborative environment where everyone supports one another and shares a common goal of delivering the best outcomes for our clients and the company.

What is the most important part of your job/what you do at Style Crest?
The most important part of my role is ensuring that my team has the tools, resources, and support they need to perform at a high level. By setting them up for success, we can consistently deliver strong results and maintain high standards in our operations.

What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling to explore new places across the country and around the world. I value opportunities to experience new environments and create lasting memories.

Anything else you’d like to share?
In my free time, I enjoy collecting sports memorabilia and sports cards, which has become a rewarding hobby that combines my interest in sports with the enjoyment of building a collection over time.
