Where are you from? If not from St. Louis, what made you want to come to Missouri? If you're from there, why did you stay?
I’m originally from St. Louis, and it has always felt like home. My family is here, which has been the primary reason I’ve chosen to stay and continue building both my personal and professional life in the area.
How long have you been in the HVAC/Manufactured Home industry? If not long, what were you doing before and how does that experience help you with your current role?
This is my first role focused solely within the manufactured housing industry. However, I bring more than 35 years of retail experience, including 25 years serving as a General Manager or Multi-Unit Manager. That background has given me a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and customer service, all of which translate well into my current role.
What’s the best part of your job/what do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to engage directly with both our team and our customers. Being on the front line allows me to make a meaningful impact day by day, one interaction at a time.
What is the most important part of your job/what you do at Style Crest?
A key part of my role is anticipating trends and identifying customer needs before demand peaks. This requires staying closely connected to the business at all times and having a strong understanding of both market dynamics and customer expectations.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about spending time with my family, caring for my bulldogs, and enjoying a round of golf whenever I can.
